The web store automatically generates and sends the e-invoice (in a PDF file) when the package has been prepared and handed over to the courier. The invoice is send from the email address of a third party invoice service provider.
If you did not receive the invoice, please kindly check the spam folder of your inbox first. If invoice is not found, then, contact our customer care:
choose the chat icon in the right bottom of the screen,
choose "Send message"
choose "Other topics / other inquiry"
tell us your email, name,
choose "Invoicing" from the topic list
type in your order ID,
and your request / message.
