What is the process of a Warranty Claim?

  1. Before you send a warranty claim, please do read our HELP CENTER Troubleshooting articles, as 90-95% of early pairing and installation problems can be solved, and there is no need to replace the product.
    By reading this and trying to solve the problem first, you may avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

  2. If you could not find an answer, you may also contact our technical support team in the chat.

  3. Also, do not forget to check if you indeed ordered the products from us. We’ll ask for a proof of purchase, or an order number and email address / name to identify your order.

  4. Before submitting a warranty claim, remember to check if you are still within the warranty period.

  5. Fill in the Warranty Claim form in the support chat (open the chat with chat icon, see on the bottom right side of the screen), and give us a detailed error description. We encourage you to make a video or pictures (whichever makes sense) about the problem, this helps us to understand the problem better and suggest you a solution.

  6. If this is a generic problem, which can be solved by our support team, we are happy to help you with troubleshooting hints.

  7. If there is no solution to the problem, in many cases, we may only ask for a photo or video and sending back may not be necessary. In other case, we may ask you to send back the prodcucts, and we’ll send you instructions for that. (In case of sending back to defective products, You will need to cover the cost of the shipping back to us.)

  8. We’ll examine the product within max. 14 days and try to reproduce the problem you reported. We’ll let you know if the product is indeed defective under warranty, and if replacement is needed or device can be fixed.

  9. We’ll send you back the original (repaired or "Tested OK") or a replaced product. In case it was a warranty covered issue, we pay for the shipping costs.

Exchange, repair, refund

In most cases, we will send you a new product. If the product is already phased out, we may offer you a newer version or a refund of your purchase.

How to report a Warranty claim?

To report a warranty claim, open the chat window (see chat icon in the bottom right of the screen), and choose "Report a warranty case" option. Follow the instructions.
